Concept ideas
While I was at Big Sofa we were given a brief by Tesco called 'Customer Pulse' which asked us to come up with a concepts for how we would use our technology to bring their customers to life and allow them to connect very easily to them via the Big Sofa platform.
The idea behind the design was to use Google Maps to allow users at Tesco to get a zoomed in or zoomed out view of their customers lives.
The map view allows you to see customer data from a country wide perspective. Clicking on the different pins brings up data about different customers.
The user would then be able to click on a particular store link and view customer data about that store.
They could then view customers at home level, which would show overall data about a family.
The last view would show customers on an individual level, which would ideally lead to more macro insights and data about individual behaviour.
